The main purpose of the website www.siis.net is to inform and facilitate information to the public about the EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION’s services.

The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION has the commitment to ensuring that the user holds all the relevant information to be able to decide freely and voluntarily if they wish to supply the data in the way that are requested. In this respect, we would like to inform the user that their data will go to an automated file, for which the responsible is the EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION.

Unless stated otherwise, the data collected in the forms are essential and mandatory in order to be able to access and provide the services stated in the website. The user will have to fill in the forms with real, accurate and complete data, being liable of any damages that may arise in case of deficient completion, either with false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current data.

The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION is committed to appropriately adopting the mandatory security levels laid down in the current legislation on personal data protection, implementing to this effect the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent any loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and other possible risks. The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION is also committed to implementing the mandatory principles of secrecy laid down in the current legislation concerning data hold in the automated files.

The user or their representative will be able to exercise at any time their right to access, modify, cancel and oppose, in accordance with the Data Protection Act (L.O.P.D) and other applicable relevant legal provisions. They must do it by writing, including their name and Identity Card number (if Spanish citizen) or Passport number, to the “Responsable de Fichero” (File Manager), at the following address: c//Reina regent, 5 bajo 20003 DONOSTIA /San Sebastian (Spain).

Our primary interest is the security in the storage of the user’s unique personal data. We are extremely careful when transferring data from the user’s computer to our servers.

Only staff that need to access the users’ data in order to perform their work have therefore access to them. Any member of staff that may infringe our data protection and/or security policies will be subject to disciplinary action.

Finally, we would like to remind the user, whenever they are not using their own computer, to close the session by signing out before leaving the EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION’s website and close their browser when they have finished.
