The main purpose of the www.siis.net web page is to inform and provide data to citizens on the services rendered by the EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION.

The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION assumes all the legal obligations concerning the protection of personal data, especially in relation to:

  4. The optional or mandatory nature of the questions we pose.
  5. The consequences of obtaining data or the refusal to supply them.
  6. The possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
  7. The identity and address of the person or legal entity responsible of the processing of data, or of their representative.

The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION wants that users have the appropriate information to decide expressly, freely and voluntarily whether to provide or not their data in the way they are requested. In this sense, users are informed that their data will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of the EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION.

Unless otherwise specified in each case, the data collected in the forms are necessary and obligatory to access and use the services specified in the Web. The user must complete the forms with true, accurate and complete data, responding for the damages that may arise in case of defective filling, with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.

The EGUIA-CAREAGA FOUNDATION is committed to adopt the levels of security required by law for the protection of personal data. For such purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and other possible risks. The EGUIA-CAREGA FOUNDATION also undertakes to fulfill the obligation of secrecy regarding the data contained in automated files as required by current laws.

Our main concern is the safe storage of data personally identifying the user. We are extremely careful when transmitting data from the user's computer to our servers.

Access to users’ data is only granted to those employees who need accessing such data to perform their work. Any employee who violates our privacy and / or security policies will be subject to disciplinary action.
